Authentic Global Recognition

The James Webb Space Telescope (JWST) model created by our students received remarkable international recognition. The official NASA Webb Space Telescope (NASAWebb) account not only liked the project post but also publicly commented in appreciation, confirming that the work was noticed by the NASA Webb team itself. In addition, Sarah Kendrew, a scientist working on JWST for the European Space Agency (ESA), personally interacted with the students and expressed encouragement. The project was further highlighted through a repost by Dr. Becky Smethurst, a well-known astrophysicist and science communicator. Such acknowledgement from active scientists and official space science platforms is rare for a school-level project and stands as a testament to the students’ curiosity, effort, and scientific spirit.
